TRY AN ANGEL MEDITATION

Angel Meditation:

Sit or lie comfortably close your eyes and Breathe in deeply 3 times
each time letting go more and more

As your breath returns to its natural rhythm notice your whole body relaxed

know your are safe to begin this journey to meet your Guardian Angel

Breathe in your own rhythm

A white light emerges right before your inner eye Immerse yourself deep
within the light Peace fills you

Breathe in your own rhythm

Allow the light to envelope you start to feel its comfortable warmth

the white light surrounds you safe sound secure welcome the light your Guardian Angel

Breathe in your own rhythm

Your angel holds out a hand inviting you to come a little closer

Receive a gift something to remind you of your angel’s presence

Breathe in your own rhythm

Know that you can recall your gift whenever you need your angel's guidance

Thank your guardian angel for revealing love and light and its presence to you

Your angels light begins to fade you feel love pure love as you begin your journey home

When you awake you will remember the gift from your guardian angel

HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT AN ANGEL IS WITH YOU?

Five ways of knowing an angel is with you.

FINDING A TINY WHITE FEATHER

This indicates that you are on the right path. A door has opened for you in your life and you have chosen to walk through. In accordance with the Universal Law of Three, you may well find two more.

A SUDDEN FRAGRANCE UNDER YOUR NOSE

If you suddenly smell a fragrance which seems to come and go, and it’s nothing to do with your own perfume or body spray, or your surroundings, then it’s likely to be your guardian angel signifying approval for what you are doing. You’ll probably continue to smell the same fragrance for some time, perhaps when you are talking to your angel or in the same part of your house.

A BRIGHT LIGHT OR COLOUR WITHIN YOUR MIND

You’ve closed your eyes and asked for angelic help. You receive a sudden flash of illumination within your mind. It may momentarily fill your mind with light, or may pass across your inner vision like a shooting star. It can also be a pulsing shape or colour (often gold or purple). All these manifestations mean your plea has been heard.

TINGLING IN THE AIR

Hold your hand out in front of you or above your head after a short meditation in which you have asked angels for their support. You will feel a tingling against your hand, like a gentle electric current – angels are around you. If you then call in another angel, the tingling will increase or change in nature. If at first you don’t feel anything, keep trying, and after awhile you will begin to sense the energy. You may also see tiny points of light in your peripheral vision.

A FEELING OF LOVING WARMTH

Often when you have invoked an angel with a feeling of love and trust, in response you will feel filled with warmth, comfort and peace. This is particularly noticeable as heat in the palms of your hands or around your heart. It may be a wave of love pouring right through you before ebbing away.
